Our Home & House Rules
Your dog will stay inside our home (Olga&Ro house) —
not in a kennel, boarding facility, or pet hotel. We believe dogs are happiest when they're treated as part of the family, enjoying a relaxed, loving home environment where they can truly feel at home.

Because we welcome dogs into our personal living space, we take pride in keeping our home clean, safe, and tidy for every guest. To help us maintain a happy environment for everyone, we ask that your dog ↓

Before booking, please make sure your dog:

  • Is toilet trained
    (puppies are always welcome — we understand accidents happen and we're happy to help with toilet training and routines)
  • Does NOT dig in gardens or lawns
  • Is friendly and comfortable around people
  • Does NOT have a habit of marking indoors house
Our boarding depends on your dog's personality
If the first booking for your requested dates is for a dog that prefers to stay on its own or isn't comfortable around other dogs, we won't accept additional bookings for those dates. However, if the first guest is friendly and enjoys the company of other dogs, we may accept another compatible, friendly dog after carefully considering whether they're a good match.

A Note About Separation Anxiety

While Olga works most time from home and Rowan has a flexible schedule, there may occasionally be short periods when your dog needs to stay home alone for a few hours.


For this reason, we're unfortunately unable to accommodate dogs with severe separation anxiety who become highly distressed, destructive, or vocal when left alone. If your dog is comfortable relaxing at home for a short period, they'll fit in perfectly.

A Real Home Experience

When your dog stays with us, they're treated like one of the family

  • Your pup lives inside our home, not outside or in a kennel
  • We spend plenty of time with our guests throughout the day. Whether we're relaxing, working, or watching TV, you'll often find a furry friend curled up on our laps or keeping us company nearby.
  • They're welcome to relax on the couch, snuggle up with us, and even sleep on the bed if that's what they're used to at home
  • We use a doggy door, giving dogs the freedom to go outside for toilet breaks whenever they need. If you have a puppy, we're also happy to help reinforce toilet training and encourage them to use the doggy door.
  • We believe dogs are family, and that's exactly how they're treated during their stay with us
